MCFC was engaged to deliver the office fitout for Thermo Fisher Scientific, covering approximately 6,000 square meters of workspace. The project required close coordination with the client’s UK-based project management and design teams, demanding a high level of communication, responsiveness, and execution accuracy throughout the construction process.
Unlike traditional projects coordinated through local representatives, MCFC worked directly with the UK stakeholders, ensuring alignment across design intent, construction standards, project timelines, and reporting requirements. Through clear professional communication and proactive collaboration, our team successfully bridged international coordination challenges while maintaining fast decision-making and smooth project delivery.
One of the project’s key milestones was the successful practical completion of the 28th floor within just 58 days — a significant achievement considering the scale, complexity, and coordination involved. Despite the accelerated schedule, the project was turned over with a minimal punch list of fewer than 30 items, reflecting MCFC’s commitment to workmanship quality, attention to detail, and disciplined project management.
