Transforming Industrial Space While Maintaining Ongoing Operations

MCFC was engaged to deliver multiple office fitout and renovation projects for Rebisco, covering approximately 2,800 square meters in collaboration with JRP Design and the client’s in-house project management team.

One of the project’s primary challenges involved the conversion of an existing warehouse into a fully functional office environment. Adapting an industrial structure into a modern workspace required extensive coordination, technical problem-solving, and careful integration of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet office operational standards while maximizing the existing structure.

At the same time, MCFC was also tasked with renovating the client’s active office in Joy~Nostalg Center while daily operations remained ongoing. To minimize disruption to the client’s business activities, the project was carefully executed through phased construction scheduling, allowing work to progress in controlled sections while maintaining functionality of occupied areas.

Managing both projects simultaneously required strong coordination between site teams, consultants, suppliers, and the client’s internal stakeholders. Through disciplined planning, phased execution strategies, and close communication, MCFC successfully completed both projects while meeting operational and construction requirements.

The Rebisco project demonstrates MCFC’s ability to handle technically challenging renovations, adaptive reuse projects, and occupied-space construction while maintaining project continuity and minimizing operational disruption for the client.
