MCFC was entrusted to deliver the office fitout for Yamaha, covering approximately 2,300 square meters of office space. The project required a highly accelerated timeline, with construction officially commencing on October 29 and achieving practical completion by December 8 — a turnaround time of just 40 days.
What made the project even more challenging was that the majority of execution occurred during the Christmas season, a period traditionally affected by supplier limitations, manpower constraints, and holiday slowdowns. Despite these challenges, MCFC successfully developed strategies to maintain momentum and prioritize critical areas, allowing the client to move into the space by January 5 — only 68 days from project commencement.
While some minor works remained ongoing after move-in, the project team focused on what mattered most: ensuring the client could fully utilize the workspace and continue operations without disruption. Through careful planning, phased execution, and close coordination with the client, MCFC delivered a functional and operational office environment within an exceptionally compressed schedule.
The office design was developed by Yamaha’s in-house team, while MCFC was responsible for bringing the vision to life through detailed execution, sourcing of materials and finishes, value engineering, and construction management. Our team carefully balanced design intent, functionality, and budget requirements to successfully achieve the desired look and overall project objectives.
The Yamaha project highlights MCFC’s strength in fast-track office fitouts, practical problem-solving, and delivering operational spaces under demanding timelines without compromising the client’s business continuity.
