Our partnership with BW Shipping began over ten years ago with the fitout of approximately two and a half office floors. Since then, MCFC has continued to support the client through major renovation works and, most recently, the successful delivery of their new headquarters in Makati, covering approximately 3,300 square meters.
The projects were delivered under a design-and-build approach, allowing MCFC to work closely with the client in conceptualizing and executing office environments aligned with their operational requirements, brand identity, and evolving workplace needs. Through collaborative planning, thoughtful design development, and efficient construction execution, our team was able to translate the client’s vision into functional and professional workspaces across multiple phases of their growth.
