MCFC was engaged to deliver the office fitout project for Carascal Nickel Corporation, covering a combined total of approximately 2,100 square meters at High Street South Corporate Plaza Tower 2. The project was particularly notable for MCFC’s collaboration with renowned Philippine architect Ed Calma, whose design vision required careful execution and attention to detail throughout construction.

Beyond project execution itself, the CNC project became recognized for MCFC’s exceptional site management practices. Due to the cleanliness, organization, and overall discipline maintained throughout construction, the building administration of High Street South Corporate Tower identified the MCFC site as the building’s model construction site.

At MCFC, site cleanliness is treated as a critical part of project execution rather than an afterthought. Dedicated cleaning personnel were assigned daily to maintain order throughout the active construction period, ensuring work areas remained clean, safe, and organized even during peak site activities. Staging areas were carefully managed to maintain efficiency, and daily hauling procedures were implemented to continuously free up workspace and improve overall site productivity.
